May is an Independent Hospitality and Tourism Consultant specializing in people development, training and business development. She holds a Master of Science (Hospitality and Tourism Management) For almost three decades she has contributed to tourism development in Barbados and the Caribbean region as an employee, manager, employer and consultant. She has lived and worked in 19 of the 32 Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) member countries in the Caribbean.

Anton Norris holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management and International Business from New York University Graduate School of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts degree with honours in Economics and Business Administration from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. He also has a wealth of professional experience, working in Business Development for most of his career.
 
Henderson B. Holmes, Bsc. (Hons.), FIMCA - Consultant
Henderson Holmes is a graduate of the St. Augustine campus of the University of the West Indies, with a BSc (Honours) degree in Industrial Management. He was also trained in consulting for small business development and is a Fellow of International Management Centres Association (FIMCA).
